The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA)  conducted a regional consultation on the formulation of the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) 2017-2022, November 21, 2016 at Almont Hotel’s Inland Resort, Butuan City.

Following Executive Order No. 5 Series of 2016, which adopted the Long Term Vision for the Philippines or Ambisyon Natin 2040, the President issued Memorandum Circular No. 12 Series of 2016 directing the formulation of the PDP 2017-2022.

Participants were later divided into four groups to discuss and then enhance the strategic frameworks of the different sectors of the plan. Representatives from the different groups presented their outputs in the plenary.
